The Cape Cod is an eclectic blend of light, shadow, and nostalgic shabby appeal perfectly suited for those beach parcels where space and prims are both your priority in a delightful setting.
Please read the following notes as they are significant:
1. I use Handy's Door system as of now. I've not found a better one to work with as a builder or one that is as user friendly for residents I've spoken with who have tried different door systems. This house includes a personalized security setting menu that you can access via 'touching' your mouse on/over your door for 30 seconds; afterwhich, the security menu will "pop up" and allow you as the homeowner to select what levels/types of security you desire.
2. I use the CasperTech free rezzer which is wonderful. Simply rezz your new home, terrafrom from the menu option if you want to, then select 'finish' from the menu when you are satisfied with where/how your new house is settled on your parcel. If you don't wish you see/view the green hovertext while you are moving things around, select 'Stealth' mode and both the particles and green hovertext will disappear.
3. This is a low prim partial (mostly) mesh build that I did in Ultra viewer settings; therefore, for optimal aesthetic/beauty, I recommend you use these too if you can! This home is 63 prims. It's dimensions are 22x14 (xy respectively). This means it will fit on traditional parcel sizes that are 512 m² and up.
4. All windows include a reliable, quality tint system. Simply click them to access the tint menu.

Awesome home!
It fit perfectly in my 512sqm lot. It was very nice and cozy. I have upgraded land and just makes everything look better.
Great value for money
Very cute little cottage, fits on a 512 with room left for a bit of garden. Was a little disappointed with the texturing faces options (would have really liked to be able to texture the support poles on the front wall of the house, without having the same texture on the flat panels inside and out, and especially being able to do the interior walls differently to the exterior would have been nice) but other than that, a very nice little home. If you were to leave the textures as is, its very shabby chic and cute as it is :-)
