The Coffee Shop 10.5x10.5 Cafe
This coffee shop is designed for a corner lot or to stand alone. It seats 20 in the booths - and has a lighting system and detailed restroom. The restroom door does not lock, so be careful not to get caught doing anything unusual in there. Decor includes a Van Gogh and a Rembrandt and some weekly rags, but you can replace all these with your own of course. The detailed seating makes the whole building 110 prims - so you may want to strip it down a bit if you are using it for something else - and it will sit on a 10x10 plot if you knock out the brick corner beams.
It would fit nicely on the same block as The Landromat! and the Hole in the Wall Dive Bar.

Absolute must have...
Not only does this look really good right out of the box but it is entirely customisable. I am using it right now on my sim after adding a little dystopian edge. If only all creators were this generous.

This is a very good design & there is nothing wonky about it unlike the 2 other diners
I bought from other creators, their's are an epic failure as far as the poses they had on
the seating in them...
This 1 however is excellent in the seating because there are just normal sit scripts that
work correctly. there's nothing fancy in this building...no excess bells & whistles....it's a
good small size for even the smallest plot of common sized land.
I was able to change the outside sign texture via the "select face" option in my viewer
then I placed some plates on a table & I was good to go.
Although this building is not really copyable....that is ok because it is free & I acquired 10
more of them as spares....it might be possible to "take" the 1 you rezz back into your
inventory when you get ready to move to another plot of land.
I am glad the building isn't any of that grunge crap...it's very beautiful & retro.
