Purchasing them as a complete collection mounted on the base offers a substantial discount compared to buying them seperately. You may use them individually and keep the current street structure or use them as stand-alone buildings.

With the Rezz Faux System you can have the structure or the different elements.

You certainly have to unlock the access restriction in some doors, (say /unlock in chat)

Instructions:

Buy the set, unpack the box and rezz (rezz faux system) in a place in a location capable of accommodating the number of prims (413), you have 120 seconds, you can to rezz again no problem.
