The Craftsman Cottage

This is a smaller version of the Craftsman I designed to fit on a smaller lot
It has two floors. The first has a Living Room and Family Room with a nice fireplace.
The second level has 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. All have a wood plank floors and a cathedral ceiling complete with beams.
The unit requires no rez box. It will rez as a whole house with everything attached.
- All mesh and joined - no rezzer beeded
- Each room can be textured differently
- Doors open on contact
- High ceilings

I couldn't be happier with my Craftsman Cottage. Beautiful workmanship inside and out. Classy siding and color choices. Low prim. I stole this home for 1,200L.
