► SIZE: 32 x 32 Meters
The footprint is 32 x 32 meters. This usually fits perfectly on a square 1024 sq.m land. Please make sure (before you purchase), that your land is really at least 32 x 32 meters, because refunds are not possible due to the fact that the skybox is not transferable back to me.
► PRIMS: 44 Unfurnished – 168 Furnished
The Building has only 40 Prims + 2 Prims for the two autoconfiguring Teleporters (to enter and leave the skybox) + 2 Prims for two Doors
So, 44 Prims Unfurnished and 168 Prims Fully Furnished.
► PERMISSIONS: Copy and Modify / No Transfer
Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.
► PLEASE NOTE: This is a closed SKYBOX. That means the exterior is primarily PLAIN BLACK! You can get a FREE SKYBOX COVER in our In-World Store (If needed).

wow, get all that for 99 L , best house i ever lived in from the Loft Collections, i own at least 10 of your homes. would love to see a Garden Loft build.
Perfect layout
Ideal for a 32x32. Just what I was looking for, roomy and bright. I was worried that the shadows were baked into the walls/floors, but they are linked to the furniture, so just remove what you want and no eye sores left behind. Just pick and choose.
For some reason the door scripts were messed up. I just replaced the scripts, and everything is OK, but maybe something to look at for the creator (I'm fine, no worries).
Very nice wall and floor textures. I was afraid I might not like the neon, but it works here. I'll have fun decorating here, it's becoming very cosy. A bargain too. 5+
FANTASTIC VALUE BEYOND BELIEF
I never write reviews but felt compelled to here. I have 3 lofts from this maker and all are outstanding. This loft is unbeatable QUALITY / VALUE anywhere. It's huge, bright and fresh and more animations and toys than you could even use. I have truly paid 5 times the price of this skybox for houses that do not even come close to this. If you are looking for the home that has it all and then some, here it is. Keep up the good work AT DESIGN, it is fantastic value products like this that make SL an enjoyment. BIG smiles here. :-) 5 Billion stars voted.

Without a doubt the best skybox I have ever purchased... The furniture is loaded with animations which are smooth and connected, the house itself is beautiful and very modern, and the part I love the most is the patio with the panoramic views. This loft totally rocks! Really :)
Another Winner
Another piece of art from this creator. It's about the twentieth skybox i bought from this creator and there is NEVER one thing to complain. I just love the artistic quality and the contemporary interior design of this loft. The level of detail is fantastic and the included furniture is very nice. This high quality on that low price is unbeatable. Forget it you can't beat it. So buy it :) LOL

A beautiful new skyhome.
This is not just a box.. but a beautiful skyhome that's open and bright. Although it comes fully furnished, you can swap out furniture with your own. In addition to the furnishings, there is still a lot of room to add your own personal touches. The new scenes also add that extra touch for outdoor viewing. Overall a well made sky home and very much worth the introductory price. Only one thing the door to the deck looks a little out of proportion to the wall and windows but other than that it's a gorgeous build.
