Fantastic lovely house!
It just fits my 1024 parcel but it looks and feels great. I loved the rezz box that helped me install it on my land. Great architecture!

Not a big foot print. But feels big inside. Perfect for a small plot. Great textures and water features. Had fun decorating this house.
First house from this creator
This is the house I bought at first from this creator and loved it but when I saw how awesome it was I just needed a bigger one so now its the Vista Luxury home. This one is perfect though for one person and the details thats been put into it is increadable. 1290L is a bargen. See it in world and you know what I mean.
Very Attractive and Cosy Contemporary Home
For the prims this is an ace build with atmosphere and style. The spaces are very functional and the textures are rich and soothing. The control features are fabulous with many choices for the window textures. Also love the waterfall and the jacuzzi pool with animations. If you have a small plot near the ocean then this is the home for you. Like all of the Maven homes this is exquisite and special. Highly recommended.
