2 to 5 prims at 64x64 meters but because this fog is unlike any other in SL it has a much bigger texture coverage and better swirling effects so although the land impact is higher than some others it actually covers a bigger area!

Great animated fog for Halloween! Definitely worth every linden. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great special effect for their sim.
