Not transferable. But it is the song The Fox, and it does have a dance (haven't tested out if it works for two people wearing the item), but it is not the dance on the music video.

i bought this dance my friends liked it so much that i gifted it to them none of them got it but i was charged for them but never got them. IT IS NOT A GROUP DANCE
