This home has a spacious living/dining area, a large kitchen and a bedroom/study with attached bathroom on the ground floor.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious open area that leads to the balcony.
The whole house is wrapped by a verandah.
When I build this home, I had in mind a 3 generation family, the grandparents having the bedroom below, the parents and children occupying the bedrooms above. I have made the open area leading to the balcony a space where the entertainment center would be.
The grandparents' bedroom has a door to the garden. The kitchen has a door to the backyard. The living and dining area also has exits to the gardens.
The entrance leads straight up to the upper floor.
