As of this edition in Nov 2024, The Grand Carousel is probably the only double decked carousel in Second Life!
This creation is constructed with a mesh core and ride-able mesh horses (unicorns). The Grand Carousel seats up to eight passengers: 4 each on upper and lower decks.

This attraction also includes two optional platforms: one with ramps and the other with stairs to access the upper boarding deck.
These are updated in that ramp and stair rezzers have been built into the platforms. This lowers the platform's land impact from 31 to just 5 when ramps and stairs are rezzed, and simplifies placement.
Just place the platform where you want it, and simply click the attached rezzer box to rezz the ramps or stairs into place.
The other platform has ramps to access the upper boarding deck.
