The Garlic Necklace

THERE IS NO NEED to buy more than one of these. They are Copy and Transfer, so just buy one and give out copies.

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT OTHERS SAY about this product. It absolutely WILL NOT prevent someone from offering you a bite request. That is not its intention.

From the Liquid Designs informational notecard:

The Garlic Necklace is a free product created for the Bloodlines game that you can use to indicate to Bloodlines players that you don't want to be bitten by Vampires or clawed by Lycans. To use it, simply wear the necklace, then click on the garlic bulb and choose Activate. You can then detach the necklace. If you ever change your mind, wear the necklace again, click the bulb and choose Deactivate.

When someone scans you with the Bloodlines game HUD, and you have activated the garlic necklace, it will report: "Avatar Name has worn the garlic necklace, please don't disturb them."

This will only stop responsible Bloodlines players who first scan you and then respect your choice to not be disturbed. It won't stop irresponsible and ignorant players from sending a bite or claw request, and if you accept the request, it won't stop you from entering the game.

If you accidentally accept a bite or claw request, there is no harm done to you and there is no cost or loss. However, should you ever decide to play then the person who first bit or clawed you will own your soul unless and until the necessary game items are used to transfer it.
