The Bently is a two-story, five bedroom, 2-bath contemporary home with a front two-story atrium entrance. The primary bedroom has its own fireplace and upper roof deck patio, and there is a spacious back patio off the living room.

The home control system allows you to customize the home changing the walls of each room individually with a choice of 6 colors, and change the floor color to one of four colors. This system also controls security access.

The building footprint is about 30x25 meters, fitting inside a standard 1024 parcel, and is 133 LI.
