The Footprint is 30x25 so its quite a decent size house, and the best thing is it only uses 31 Prims in total, yes thats right, ONLY 31 PRIMS. and it even has a Helicopter landing pad on the roof that you can TP up to or down from, and best of all, you have a clear workspace to add walls or do any other modifications you want.
