The footprint is 35 x 35 meters. Please make sure (before you purchase), that your land is really at least 35 x 35 meters, because refunds are not possible due to the fact that the skybox is not transferable back to me.
► PRIMS: 42 Unfurnished – 172 Furnished
The building itself has exactly 40 Prims. 170 Prims fully furnished.
+ 2 Prims for the autoconfiguring Teleporters (to enter and leave the skybox).
So, 42 Prims Unfurnished and 172 Prims Fully Furnished.
► PERMISSIONS: Copy and Modify / No Transfer
Once the skybox is rezzed, every single Prim is copiable and modifiable. Only the scripts are not modifiable. But all prims are. So dont be fooled when you see your rezz-box in your inventory with the permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It shows 'No Modify' because the rezz-box script is NO MODIFY.

Great Loft Skybox
I bought this loft about 3 years ago or more because I wanted something that had a lot of space. I love this loft and I haven't changed from it ever since. You're able to change out the textures for nearly every surface if you want to, to really make it your own.
Great Skybox but ...
Lacking rights to change textures and the bed is totally outdated (still with balls and numbers in spite of names for positions). A great point : 21 sqm non documented room in between the 2 floors, ability to add one more floor on top of the roof (so u get 4 floors in spite of 2 eheh). Wall under the stairs to reduce and you get another room there too (I made a bar under the stairs). This is just to say that the Skybox can do even much much more ...

The Best Skybox in SL
In the 11 years I have been in sl, I have owned many skyboxes. I have to say by far, this is the best skybox I have ever owned , hands down. Anytime that anyone sees this particular one, they are amazed at its look and features at such a low price. If you ever need to buy a skybox, this is one you should never pass up. It is worth every L and more.
