"The Jass'y" mesh store. This extremely low LI structure is copy and mod so you can adjust to your personal needs and tastes.
MESH WARNING:
This house is built with mesh, so you need a viewer capable of viewing mesh.
Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh item it could increase the prims count.
Store is linked to optimize the LI count. It is copy/mod so you can adjust to your preferences however keep in mind that if you unlink the LI can increase significantly.
It is best if you have some knowledge of how prims and mesh works before trying to modify your structure. However we all have to start somewhere ;). If you are modifying and the LI increases worst case scenario you can simply delete everything and start again.
