Thankyou for your interest in The Laurens, This a lovely home, a modified winter version of the Laurels with the added benefit of bay windows, inside you will find some great features for your enjoyment, the House itself has been left unfurnished, for you to personalize it to your own tastes.

1x rezzer without kitchen and light fittings with a prim count of 247

Right click on sink unit to sit and you will find yourself doing the dishes in basin provided steam rises above the hot water, you will have to put some items in the sink for a more realistic look
The Aga comes with some great features first touch the doors to open ( middle doesn't open) to reveal flame effect and should you wish to put it there , the Turkey in its roasting tin, if you dont want flame effect on in the oven then just say in local chat " oven off" and if you want to turn it back on again in local chat "oven on". Left click on any one of the four burners and they will light up with real sound effect of a burner clicking on and great flame effect when lit, click again to turn them off, should you wish to there is also an animation to stir the cooking pot of soup, again just right click on the oven and sit , the cooking pot itself has bubbling sound effect , steam and motion.placing the kettle down on the hob it will steam away nicely too.

Should you want to you can turn the lights off, again with the command in local chat " light off " again to turn back on " light on"

You have 3 fireplaces in the house individually textured and giving of a wonderful flame effect whislt crackling away you can turn this on and off too with the words again in local chat " fire on fire off" the fire also comes with embers rising just touch on the glowing ash pit under the logs and the embers will rise hypnotically up the chimney make sure you cam into the fire to click these on.
Entering the hallway you have space under the stairs to put your items also. you have two goodsize rooms upstairs , on the right hand wall of the hallway is the teleporter to the attic since there is no bathroom this could be the ideal spot to put one should you desire. Right click and it will take you there , in the attic itself the teleporter back down is on the floor.

Chimneys have smoke effect just left click to turn on or off.
