Making major changes to the MESH model, build/textures is not always easy/possible. I am not able to undertake individual modifications.

Fantastic work done with this Magicians House, which may seem like a Haunted Mansion. The textures, the nice LOD, the structure, the hidden secret passage, the inside space, do it a good purchase.
It is perhaps difficult to change the textures because is mesh, but it can be darkened if you want a more scary aspect.
I suggest a wood version.
Highly recommended as a haunted house, which makes me remember some horror movies.
