The Manor "Northern King"!

The Manor "Northern King" is executed at a high level, a bit medieval modern. There is ONLY a HOUSE, WITHOUT a TERRACE. The house has about 20 rooms, including a hall, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms. And there is also a secret room without windows. Two towers - one round, the other with the transition to the courtyard from the side. On the back there is a small balcony on the second floor. Windows have two materials on the glasses - so you can change their color and glow separately from each side (using the editing window). Most walls have a white texture - so you can make any paint color in your rooms, or hang your wallpaper.

RESIZING
You can change the size of each item through the edit menu. Right click, edit, stretch.
Some items may appear no modify. That is because the scripts inside them are no modify.
You can still stretch them through the edit menu and change the size to your liking.
This is a 100% mesh house. You must have a mesh compatible viewer!

forgot i bought this
A few years ago we needed something to act as a grand mansion, saw this, grabbed it. The texturing inside was very well done and the 'lit up' windows look made it feel cozy rather then formidable, which is what we were going for. Fast forward, 2 years ago we used this building for a murder mystery and the amount of rooms in the building was not what i was expecting. for the exterior design, i figured maybe 3 or 4 rooms but there's more then that and the kitchen w mudroom was a nice touch for it.

ok, so the textures aren't like super ornate or anything, but the work is AMAZING!!!!!!! the floors could use a little modifications etc but overall it is GORGEOUS for the price! I'm proud to call it home! Really a great bargain!

Has a lot of rooms, low prim count for it's size and quantity of rooms, details are nice and blends well with most areas!

Great Details
This is a very nicely detailed, expansive mesh home and the prims are relatively low for all that living space. The only two dislikes (which are minor and I can fix myself), are that the front door seems rather small for such a grand home. Have the door and detail surround section swapped out for a nice grand double-door. The other is the stairs - the stairs should have been slightly wider WITH an outer stair handrail. And finally, I tell builders this all the time... INTERIOR doors of homes always need to swing IN - IN, and not OUT. It is not proper home construction if interior doors do not swing INward. Easy enough to fix, I just reverse them. Overall a very nice build from this builder and most definitely work the price!
