Best Beach House out there
For a long time I had been looking for a beach house that had great details and was not so washed out in colors. This is it! at long last I have found it. I LOVE IT. Best one I have seen.
My first Simplicity Purchase and I love it!
This is a really nicely done sweet little build. Low prim, Looks great. Some of the furniture was not my style so I just took some out and put my own in. The little kitchen is great. More than worth the Lindens! Very talented builder.

Love Love Love this build.... Have put this home down now on two of our Rental Sims and our tenants just love it !!. Can't give this creator enough stars for any of her builds which we have on all of our Rental Sims. Can't wait to see what's next !!!!
