You will absolutely LOVE the "Old Queenslander" House. As you will see, a great deal of time and effort went into building this house and making it a true Queenslander. The Queenslander is an Australian Icon and is identified by having large verandahs and large double doors which open onto these verandahs, they are typically raised on vertical "stumps," made of timber. Queenslanders are always constructed of mostly wood and were designed to increase air-flow throughout the house by way of large doors and windows, which lined up internally. This is so that the air literally passes through the house, rather than entering through one window and stagnating in the room. Roofs are generally made of corrugated iron or tin, and external walls are sided with timber, often painted in mild pastel colours. Made with some of the best designer textures and original custom textures SL has to offer, I hope you enjoy the "Old Queenslander" as much as I enjoyed building it.

*The house has a central contol unit which is accessible by the owner. This controls Access permissions, Window tinting, Door Locking and Lighting levels.
*All Australian wrap-around Verandah with large bifolds at the back.
*Front and Inside doors are made from quality sculpts carefully textured in a custom texture to be ultra-realistic.
*House comes complete with matching curtains as displayed in this demonstration model. These are removable if desired.
