The One Tree

This one was designed for those who love tree houses but don't believe that Elves or Fae would live in Bamboo or Tiki styled ones.
Ascend the via a series of ramps and small balconies up to the large central communal room. Surrounding this are four separate houses or rooms with private balconies of their own.
Simply touch the doors to have them vanish, allowing you entry into this carved wood wonder.
Both Bark and leaves are texture change with a Seasons hud, so no matter what the season, The One Tree fit right in.
The Upper build is 43 x 41 but the lower footprint of roots and shadows is only 23 X 20. Since the build is mod, you can make the roots smaller if you need too. The lower balconies would be great places for cuddle benches. Hang a swing from the branches, or picnic below it. It's space saving design allows your imagination to take over.
