Perfect, versatile residence
I needed a house for a role-play sim but I can't afford a new house for every genre. The First Old Manse is just the versatile house I was hoping for. I can use it in any Mediterranean setting, from California to Europe to the Middle East and in almost any historical setting except the far north, Viking territory. The detail is gorgeous and the layout is very functional. This builder is quite accomplished. The textures she has used are wonderful. Very realistic materials. I'm very impressed with the high quality she has provided and I am looking forward to using this house over and over again.
