About size/fit on your land: Please get the "demo" for an accurate footprint ( exact size and shape ) to make sure it will fit on your available free land, or make sure you can take care of available space with re-arranging some of your existing rezzed items. You can use the modify version (included) and scale it down a bit, make it smaller, but i really do NOT recommend modifying the pool yourself, as its a complex construction with parts requiring EXTREME accuracy like the realistic shadows and night scene lighting effects.

I adore this pool. The pool section looks so realistic!
With some creativity in terraforming, this build works nicely even when not on a beach piece of land. I terraformed to make it nearly flush with the ground and only a step up to get to anywhere on the pool deck.
My only TINY issue is with the way the lights appear. From one angle they're visable. From the opposite angle no light. This must be a failure on my part and not the builder's at all. I still may need to play with the way the lights or the water is rezzed or shadowed and I'm sure the lights will display at all angles of viewing.
I agree with the builder that if you want sex animations or the like, use your favourite sex hud. 90% of all pools with sex animations in them are using cheap, freebie sex animations. I think that would cheapen this build. Just bring your own. If you MUST have a prim to get your naughty on, rez a prim, turn it into a flat rectangle, make it transparent, and put it wherever you want, and insert your favourite sex engine. You're not going to get a build of this quality WITH custom or semi realistic sex animations for this price. You're not going to get a build of this quality with every seating as well as the pool be sex enabled for under 5k if not 10k. And even then it would be a bargain.
If you use the furniture and dont like the poses, feel free to remove and add your favourite patio furniture. Dont like the plants, remove them and add your own plants.
What I love about this build is how easily customizable it is. Dont like something, take it out and the build is STILL gorgeous.

I LOVE THIS POOL BUT, ... omg
I can't modify certain aspects of this pool so that I can just remove prims I do not want on the parcel. the pool also is registering 170 prims not 120 when placed on an empty parcel. I am not sure if it's the rez box I am not sure if it's an SL glitch but this thing is NOT 120 prims. Antreas this is the most beautiful pool in SL you should really update it from 2009 to 2016 because it's a real joy to own but a real pain in the arse to enjoy... It reminds me of something I'd see back home in Cyprus or Greece so please do us all a favor and yourself and bring this pool from being joy to look at to a joy to really use. <3
