The Seaside Beach Cottage makes a wonderful beach home with three bedrooms, texture change kitchen, and a large deck with grill and bar for watching the sunset! Of course it comes with the rezzable snow roof and icicle lights, and windows that have rain/leaves/snow/clear options. Both the house on stilts and flat land versions of the house come in the package.

***** The house rezzes in at 109 land impact, and is 34 x 15 meters. *****

Click the Outdoor Accessories button next to the front door and rez the palm trees, spring flowers, fall leaves, and snow roof with icicle lights. The palm trees rez with a surf board bench that contains single and couple animations, as well as texture change for the boards.

By clicking the texture button you can change the texture of the ceiling, deck, interior walls, exterior walls, floor, and roof.

The kitchen is animated with PG single, couple, and kitchen animations, and separate texture changing menus for the cabinets and countertops. Of course the stove and refrigerator have rezzable food, as well.
