You can use them in your own creations and give them away by the following permission settings:
1. mod (no mod) / copy / NO trans
2. mod (no mod) / NO copy / trans

If you are in need of flexi this is a nice place to get it.
Can do so much with it... you will have to do a little adjusting to the pieces linked, but it is so much fun... unless you are in a rush.
