Awesome home :)
The Siena is the smallest of the luxury homes matching this theme and it's still a spacious, well-organized floorplan. Perfect as a guesthouse off to the side of any of the larger mansions or as a standalone house.
Visit his islands (Maven Homes and Quantum Luxury Homes right next to it on the map) to see the buildings. Once you see them in person they absolutely sell themselves. I've purchased many of Cain's homes and never been disappointed with a single one.

This is my second home I've bought from Maven, and I love it, the quality is second to non, I picked this one because its rooms were spacious, and the mesh was impeccable, the over all design is great, price is a little high but its not surprising,
That said, its not perfect and I have found some issues, where it looses a star is customization, its modify, which is great! But where I found issue is in the trim, in bedroom 2, if you tint it any, you will also tint the trim in the living room closes to the bedroom, also for the price it would of been nice to include a basic wallpaper and floor texture pack, instead of a tinting hud, when tinting tends to wash out detail in textures, but going back to the trim, it would of been nice if the trim and window frame was also separate from the exterior of the house.
So, almost perfect but if you like dark wallpaper that doesn't go with white trim, like in my case, your kind of forced to think bright and light colors, which isn't horrible but still restricting if you like things to look nice.

This design caught my eye right off the bat with its clean lines and the superb attention to detail. I have found no flaw with any aspect. Will say, ensure you have a good sized parcel as this house is BIG!!!! You get what you pay for and this is definitely no dissapointment. Easy set up and the aesthetic quality is second to none. I look very much forward to seeing future builds!!!

This is def the best house i ever bought and i have a lot, also a few mesh houses but they are not as beautiful as this house. The doors open so smoothly, everything is a 10+ maybe some blinds in an update or sheer curtains ;)
