No Hovertext with this notecard giver.
Easy to use, just edit or replace the default notecard and replace the texture with your own by using the contents tab of the object. The texture will automatically change to your texture.

The simple notecard giver is mod/copy but the script is no mod, this may give the item the appearance that it is no mod when it sits in your inventory but when you rez the item inworld you can modify the prim and load your own notecards and textures.

This item was easy to set up, and is even easier to use, delivering my notecard flawlessly. It's also copiable - a useful feature, as I had planned to put up several with various bits of information for my visitors.
