Now updated with extra sliding door, texture change privacy windows and less prims!

There aren't that many houses around that fit on the smaller plot so I built a couple. This one is a two storey with a large open plan space inside. The windows have a privacy option and the doors not only lock they can also be latched open. There's an upstairs deck which has a sliding door to access that you an also latch open. All of this for only 26 prims.
It will fit on a 512 plot it needs a space 16 by 20 which should leave you some room left for other items.

Please note that this house comes unfurnished.

As an extra bonus there's a housewarming gift inside.

This home was perfect for my 1024 parcel with plenty of room to spare. Awesome views from the windows, and the patio could hold a nice little sitting area or patio garden. The stained glass is a nice touch and the windows are tintable. Awesome value for the price! Thank you so much for your time in making this beautiful product.

Fantastic House

I got this to put on a beach in a skydome. The low prims left me plentyfor landscaping and other things. It is a beautiful house with a stained glass door, working doors on the balcony and plenty of space inside (I fit a large hot tub, kitchen, sofa set, bedroom and balcony furniture in it - with lots of space to move around) Looks like it costs a lot more. Versatile and classy.
