The Summer Lake Boathouse is a smaller version of the Summer Island Lake House. You can turn it into a boathouse or a regular land house. Unlike the Summer Island Lake House, this house is only 2 storey and has an upper balcony.
As with my other current houseboats, this house is open concept to safe on prims.
