Fantastic, but some points....
Okay, the other reviews are right -- this house is amazing!
23 total Land Impact for me (see below) after I deleted some things.
There's an invisible below-ground "footprint" extending out about 5 meters.
The Rez-Box doesn't copy-on-drag:

The dining room table and one chair will only appear on first-rezz.
House-major = 11 LI (Land Impact)
Door = 1 LI
Door Frame = 2 LI
Fireplace = 2 LI

AMAZING!
I'm a builder and I usually build my own houses but I was pushed for time to complete a country sim and decided the little L that was being asked was worth the risk. I was totally prepared to see corners that didn't meet and textures that were lopsided and needed to be redone. What I got was amazing attention to detail and a perfectly livable house out the box. I really can't believe the creator is selling this so cheap. After seeing it, I would have paid 5 times the amount at least and been happy. You won't go wrong with this cute little house.

This is such a sweet lil house! I really love the colors and textures and so generous to furnish it too! Perfect lil getaway for my beach and the wrap around porch is perfect! I really can't believe you can do all this in such low prims and price! Love your store too!
