Good and cheap with some flaws
Bought this as it was chap and didn't look that bad. Sadly i find that it's a building for the +2 meter high people/Linden viewer high camera setting, so this is massive and will not fit a 1024 parcel. Also as a user of the latest PBR viewer and with shadows on i found the fireplaces to have way too long light radius, the scripts in them are no mod so can only adjust that manually and never put out the fire. Fireplace on top floor are also tricky to get to as the door cannot be opened, so be prepared to cam inside just to touch the wood to get the menu.
I wish that builders would start to make stuff for realistic height avatars and ditch the default linden viewer camera setup. Then this building would fit a 1024 parcel.
Enough critic from me, i like the look of the building and the textures are nice and good aligned, if you are on a budget and cal live with the size i'd say go ahead and buy this
