This is the second design of the Brownstone House for the urban range by Annabelle Artful.

Brownstone House No. 2 has 5 floors. This building is styled with red/brown brickwork and windows that you would find on typical brownstone houses in New York or London. All floors are open plan with staircases leading to each floor.

The building has been designed so that you can place multiple copies next to each other to form a row of houses.

***Important Notes***

~ The building shows as no modify due to the script inside the external front door. However the building is fully modifiable. (except the door script)

~ There are no interior doors included.

~ Mesh parts have been used for 99% of this build. They have their own built in textures with ambient occlusion shadows. If you modify them, you will lose the shadow depth. Please make sure to take back up copies of the build before modifying.

~ The builder is not the creator of the scripts used in the doors.

~ Planar texturing has been used.

~ No furniture included.

~ An example set up photograph has been used to show you how it can look as a row house. Please note, the road, trees, wheelie bin, street lamps shown in the photograph are not included.

~ This building has a basement/cellar and you will need to align the small ledge out the front of the steps with a road or pavement. (as you can see in the example picture) You may be required to terraform land to have a hole big enough for the basement/cellar to sit in.
