Customer service issues
This house is great except for a few things. No downstairs bathroom, no toilet in the bathroom and quite a bit of wasted space. I bought the furnished one first which was a mistake. The furniture looks nice but it is mostly PG rated eye candy that I deleted. The dining room was huge so I moved it over built a bathroom, added a laundry room and kitchen, Xplicit plug. I planned to delete the bar but it is linked to about 1/2 of the first floor so I have a wasted room there. The second floor patios are to small in my opinion and I converted the carport into a gym. My biggest problem with it is the support. The builder will not share textures and if you ask for help fixing any other problem is "re-rez it" I recommend rezzing it and instead of just righting down the coordinates drop into the ground so if you have to start over you wasted a day re-positioning furniture because the rotation was a bit off.
Excellent
What can i say?....i have different houses from here...and i LOVE them...the textures...design...the home control system...all is excellent
Just buy it....try it...and you love it !!!
Love it
Bought this with my bf and we love it. Ok its a lot of lindens but what you get for your money is worth it. The design, the details well what can I say, its awesome. Just take a look at it in world and you know what I mean. By the way, it says unfurnished but actually its not, not totally. You get bathroom things, bar, kitchen ect with it.
Architectural Perfection
This build is the best example of modern contemporary construction I have ever seen in Secondlife. The design detail and options available are unequalled. This creator is truly an architectural design genius in sl. Walking through this home is visually stimulating and a sheer delight. If you want a home you truly are proud of then look no further than any of the Maven homes. The owner is always trying to improve his scripting to minimise sim lag and the look and design of his builds. Cain is a very professional builder and listens to his customers. It's always a pleasure to own a Maven home. Very highly recommended.
Cain's masterpiece
I have owned countless houses and skyboxes, but never kept them for long, and was looking for a house that would work well on a beach themed homestead. Maven Homes was my first choice when I went shopping, mainly because Cain is as picky and quality minded as myself.
I fell for the Vita at first sight on MP, and went to have a look in world. - And I was stunned. Cain's architecture reminds me a lot of Snøhetta, and the organic shapes of this house just shouted "Take me and turn this house into a home".
I was instantly inspired to build for the house, furnish it to suit my personal taste.
The spacious rooms and their neutral but brilliant texturing are inviting, and will embrace many styles even though the house itself is extraordinarily modern. I have already used it as a studio for product photos, and find that the interior of the Vita somehow "stands out but takes a step back" to showcase the furnishings inside. What it will be like when I'm done? All but boring!
Did I mention the rezzer, house control, lightings etc? Brilliant. Simply brilliant
