I really love this build vintage as it is and have used it often. No room to rez it currently so poke me if you want to see it rezzed inworld.
I have adjusted the listing to reflect that. Most folks want the large one anyway so that is a small bit of thankfulness.
Version 2 includes a one land impact MESH door which can be used to replace the prim version if you wish -- lowering the land impact by 6 over the prim version. All else is the same.

The Warehouse
*An industrial build that can be dressed up or down -- renovated art gallery to grunge den.
32 x 64 (2048 or larger lot)
* Includes CityLights surrounds for both sizes
* MOSTLY mesh, lovingly and painstakingly *grin* produced. Textures are 100% custom made, most with bakes for extra realism.
* A box of extras is included, signs as well as a concrete prim that you can use to build matching walls or whatever you need.
* Large version comes in a rez box (2 pieces for warehouse, 1 for surround).
* Mod - Copy - NT
Note that the large version is FOUR TIMES larger so the feel is different. A warehouse double door is built into the large version but did not fit well visually for the smaller one.
You can of course size the warehouse down to a measurement between the large and small sizes.
The shadows you see in the photos are natural SL lighting with shadows turned on in the viewer. To get this effect (assuming you can use shadows) just change the outside of the surround to transparent. Instant sunlight.

I used the larger size for my skybox. This is very detailed, and very well put together. I am using for a photostudio. Great height and width....!!
MORE SPACE THAN I THOUGHT
I just finished setting up the small version of this warehouse and while it seemed kind of tiny compared to the large one when I went to see the demo. I was amazed at how much room there really is. It fills the whole 512 lot of course so no wasted space. The textures are lovely and I like the little additions of signs and stuff in the extras pack. The spaces between the pillars make nice spots for vendors and separate them so it doesn't seem cluttered. Happy with it.
