The Washington Condo

The Washington Condo is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 14
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts). I always suggest you keep a copy in your files before attempting to do anything to the build.

The build is 41.5 m by 21 m, consisting of a central hallway doors to the left lead to a large spacious room with a triple window bay and a further 4 windows. A central smaller room with 2 windows with a side aspect and a further large room with triple windows to the side aspect.
To the right side are doors ways to 3 similar sized rooms with twin windows to the side aspect, and a further doorway leads to a large twin area room with windows to rear and side aspect
with dual aspect leaded windows. The decor is a traditional style and each room contain texture change script. so you can change each room to your own taste.
Click the wall and hold for 2 -3 seconds to change to the next colour.
The floor, walls, windows and moldings have bump maps and specular materials.

I have also enclosed two teleport pads from Terra, they are self configuring, If you choose to use them, I suggest that after you rez and position the sky box you place a teleport pad inside the sky box and one where you intend to teleport from.
