Got it for a bigger creation, it is advertised as full perm but sadly it's no mod no transfer, you cant even link or resize

Nice and cheap BUT!
Not full perm as advertised. Plenty of horns out there that are full perm to buy. This turns out to be a small stumbling block in my creation process. I should have read closer.

i would've given 5 stars but its not full perm as it is stated in the description, i am making an avie for resale and i guess i wont be using this.
