These chalkboards are a great way to add a functional piece of furniture to any school, home or office and are fantastic for roleplay. They work by producing a series of white particles following your mouse movements to make a visible line against the black of the chalkboard.
BUT.... Because the chalk line is made of particles it won't last forever but for a maximum of 30 seconds. Im sorry, thats just the way that particles work here in SL and if i could change it i would. That being said you can still draw more than enough in that time frame and the image will erase itself automatically for you after 30 seconds.
The board can be used upside down, tilted sideways or diagonally and in any other orientation you can think of so it's very flexible when it comes to positioning it.
There are three sizes included in the price and each has been adjusted so the thickness of the chalk line matches the scale of the chalkboard perfectly and once rezzed you can still adjust them yourself to get that perfect fit.
