Note: Depending on your viewer, sound blocks may need to play through once entirely before playing smoothly.
Day/Night settings only work for sims set to standard Second Life day cycle. They will not work for estates set to a locked sun position. Second Life day cycles are 4 hours long (3 hours of light, 1 hour of dark).

EASY & CHEAP
Don't open the box (unless you want to remove individual clips). Simply place the object, resize if you wish, left click on it & select the options. Takes 20 seconds to buffer.

Immersion
These sounds really make a scene more immersive, I added them strategically around my skybox to complement rain effects and dripping windows to really sell the illusion and create an evolving atmosphere.
