I only wish I could make it more little so it will perfectly fit my neck. I can only stretch it bigger.

Excellent!
A really nice tie. The texture goes on very well and wraps around the knot in a realistic way. It flexes a bit when the avatar moves. Actually the tie is much better than it seems to be from the picture.
