The pictures do this build no justice
If you're looking for the last Tiki beach resort you will ever want to live in then you've found it. I've been spending 5000-6000L for Tiki Tattoo builds for over 9 years in SL and came across this one and the quality is even better and a fraction of the cost I've spent on other builds.The quality is unmatched and doesn't get distorted when you look at it from afar (depending on your draw distance) I was able to remove quite a few things and got the prim count down to 750 without losing any of the furniture or poses.Someone mentioned being spammed by a hud while walking in the pool but I never encountered that.The house does warn me in local chat every time I move away from it but I'm sure that can be adjusted, I just haven't figured that out yet.

Quite simply one of the most beautiful tropical homes available in second life. Set up is easy with a a builder's map to determine space requirements. After you find the spot you want, a simple rez box that can be moved and rotated after deployment does the rest.
The textures of this build are sumptuous and dimensional, and give you a lot more depth and detail per prim and L$. The floor plan is very well thought out and loaded with animations to keep you and your guests happy. An open walkway leads you over an infinity pool front perimeter and into the open concept interior that boasts a beautiful hot tub and living area. Up the curved stairs, you will find your private space bedroom furnished south Pacific style with a fireplace for the occasional rainy tropical night. A wonderful build that lacks nothing for your island dream needs.
The only thing I would change is the ability to make the water features out front fully bright, or lit, so they show off this beautiful gem at midnight under the stars.
Definitely a keeper and worth every one of all 5 stars.
