Timed Slide show
This is a slide show display which cycles through the pictures that are put inside.
Drag and drop the photos you want to display, from your inventory to the Content Tab of the board (Edit, Edit linked parts, select the pannel, go to Content Tab) and delete the three photos that are included for example.
You can mod the texture of the frame and the time interval between photos (set to 10 seconds atm).
Always remember that the item is made of two linked parts, so check always the Edit Linked Part option before making mods.

Would be better if I could get the picture you have in here out. This is worthless to me this way.
