This home was built - for those who still want beauty while working on a prim budget. It is built for smaller plots but it is not suggested for 512. It is co-ed so will work for all. It works best as a skybox but with a small amount of modification you can make this one work on land as well (entails removing balconies and banisters)
This home is completely furnished and everything is modifiable but the candles & fireplace. The pond is lighted and scripted and there are seating animations throughout. The Anime bed set features a cuddles menu.
This structure alone is only 87 prims.
If you are using the home fully furnished, it rezzes in just below 200-of course you can add and delete furnishings as you'd like to give it your own touch. Everything shown here, is included but the hanging lanterns. These can be found at my store.
Please Note: This home comes in a rezz box but the tea candles were included separately. Add them throughout as you'd like -3 pims each-

Very cute, but ceiling is too low
I think raising the ceiling would give it a much nicer feel. Hard to cam around. The home is very cramped otherwise. I love the attention to details. For the price, it's good.
my home away from real life
i replaced the bed with a ... ummm.. naughty one and everything fit just fit find. Dont have to add furniture. High res graphics, great seating.

The textures are so vivid, the vibe is great and the design is just perfect for my setting! The anime style bed was also a very nice touch and it fit in very well! The scripts within the bed are full perm and the bed is mod, so you could just as well add any extra animations you'd ever want :) Thank you for this amazing home!
