Inspired by the Mad Hatter, this shimmering rainbow top hat features a hatband with all sorts of trinkets tucked away in it's satin band. You get a version with a black hatband, or a white hatband in each box. Each hat also features a sterling silver apple pin, and several whimsical hatpins "just in case". Resize script for ease of use.
