[Torchi] Animated Mesh Succubus Tail

An animated mesh succubus tail.
Includes a version that plays the animation for a couple seconds when touched, and another that will play it for much longer (Currently don't have a way to have it constantly play the animation.)
Animation is dependent on server lag, so it may play slowly in certain sims.
Color/Shininess can be modified, but only when the animation is not playing, so you'll have to wait a while for it to finish on the long loop version.
