you can't walk under High LOD version, it's not phantom! I can't walk through, like some prim is blocking the way. It's no mod so you can't even fix it.

I checked the object settings, low LOD is phantom when high LOD is not. I don't know if that's the creator mistake but would be nice to fix it.

Its perfect, the size is useful so no problem with the permissions. Thanks for the price!
