I picked this system up for an RP police department, and I have to say, I'm very impressed. Moreover, support from the creator has been excellent and I cannot express enough how much I've appreciated their help in getting the system configured to my needs.

First off, the support for this is awesome. Currently the support link is down so IM Johnny Sapphire directly. I was IM'd by one of them and they continually assisted me every step of the way with patience and understanding. Secondly, there's an ultimate leveling of control of your system.

The System Your RP City Needs
Speaking as someone who has run countless Role-play Sims, I have used virtually every system available on the grid and even a few that aren't public and let me say that Town Control genuinely surpasses anything available, hands down.
It's ability to seamlessly create multiple forms of Identification and License Tags for vehicles (In my last RP sim we had 10 different license plates people could chose from, all made possible by the simplicity of creation for Town Control) is worth the price of admission for any sim owner alone, increasing RPability and manageability in a single portal.
Adding in the reporting feature (Fully Customization Reports from the site) and a fairly true to form dispatching console, Town Control will rapidly become the centralized hub for your RP City's staff as well as it's first responders.
I'll round this out by also mentioning that the creator is a very responsive person who takes suggestions and bug reports seriously, which is needed in such a robust product as this and tends to get things done quite quickly.
If you run a RP sim and want to make that step from "Small Fry" to the "Big Leagues" take it from someone who has run quite a few of the biggest...Town Control is the way to go.
Best Product of its kind
So for those who do not really understand what this system is, its access to an online DMV / Computer Aided Dispatch / Report / Legal - Computer system.
I purchased this a while back and it has only gotten better with time. Keegan is super helpful when it comes to customer service and has made an excellent system. I would recommend this over the alternative system available. works like a charm, I do recommend using the Google Chrome Browser when using this system.
