It's a small HUD (just a primis), which is the button that allows you to choose the target to which telport.
"Tp2" just means "Teleport To".
It works with RLV.
If your RLV is active, once you choose the target from the menu that appears when you click the button depicted
by the icon that says "Tp2", you will be teleported to it.
Otherwise, you only see a message like to:
@tpto:256638.700000/253557.000000/20.872660=force
in local chat, which it is the command string to the teleport in RLV and and it lets you know, too, that your RLV is disabled.
That's all, good teleportation ;)
- It teleports your avatar to the specified avatar target.
