System comes as linkset including a sample intersection as bulk item, both are full perm, adjust to fit your streets. Fits 10m streets as is.
Linkset includes 4 traffic lights and 8 crosswalk lights at 10 LI, Use the linkset or create your own
Both lights comes with east/west and north/south facing versions
traffic lights are 1 LI each
crosswalk lights are 0.500 LI each
