The Tredpro Richland home is a Victorian styled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with multiple floors and an attic. The house features plenty of room to put things yet a small enough footprint that it can easily fit on a 1024m parcel.
The house is 60 prims when rezzed (75 including the extra furniture) and has doors built in. The house features a decrepit abandoned look with multiple broken structures and randomly broken windows

Great as a haunted house or for vagrants!
Broken windows, busted plaster, dilapidated and nicely textured throughout. Low prims, so lots of decorating opportunities. All under L$1000! What more could you ask for? (The 'clean' version is just as nice, with lots of texturing options built in!). Love them both.
