The Tredpro Richland home is a Victorian styled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with multiple floors and an attic. The house features plenty of room to put things yet a small enough footprint that it can easily fit on a 1024m parcel. The house is ONLY 42 prims when rezzed (51 including the extra furniture) and has doors built in. The house comes with a number of textures for a variety of styles and all can be changed easily from the controller located near the front door.

I absolutely love this house
I have been waiting for someone to make a decent Victorian style house that is also prim savvy and this house takes the cake. I love the fact that it has the various textures to apply to the house, as well as having the ability to easily recolor and modify the house. The attic I think is the best feature of this house being so well hidden. Another great Tredpro product

Was looking for a house that will fit on my 2048m piece of mainland. Found this and it fits perfectly and lots of prims left over for decorations.

Very awesome, and countless ways of it.. You can change the theme of outside and inside.. comes with kitchen and inning room table.. also has an awesome security system which works smoothly and very good! :) Love this house as it has an "oldies" type feel but also a modern twist... also has a surprise secret you'll have to find yourself.. ;) Overall: AWESOME HOUSE!
